- Chris and I were married 8-10-07 and had our beautiful daughter, Madison Nicole on 10-6-08! Madison was born with a Congenital Heart Disease called Tetralogy of Fallot. She had open heart surgery on November 11, 2008 when she was 5 weeks old. She is doing great now and we are enjoying our happy healthy baby.

I came across your blog today. Madison is such a beautiful little girl, and congrats on the soon to be new addition to your family. My wife and I are also expecting our second in the beginning of sept. I have a 2 year old daughter, Cassidy, who was born with Tetralogy of Fallot w/ PA & MAPCA’s.
I think blogs are a great way to get the word about about CHD’s and I commend you for what you’re doing.
My wife and I are also on a mission to spread the word about CHD’s. We just started a jewelry company called Lucky 10. All of our products are handmade and pertain to Heart Defects and the Heart Community in general.
